The condo looks exactly like the photos. Its spacious and clean! We loved the pool. The location was perfect, everything is close by, groceries, great restaurants and so much more!! We will definitely come back!!

We loved our stay

The location was wonderful, good access to the north and south shores. Pools and beach were great! Room was spacious and clean and absolutely lovely. The stovetop kept turning off, the dryer didn’t dry well and the tub jets didn’t work at all. But we still absolutely loved our stay. Also, they say the code to enter the room will be disabled at 10am but at 9am it stopped working for us so beware of that. Overal, an incredible stay.

What a view!

Absolutely beautiful! The pictures were spot on, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Listening the ocean and watching the waves while you enjoy a cup of coffee can’t be beat. The location is perfect, 12ish minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from all sorts of activities and hikes, with the ocean right out the door. The pools were perfect for the kids, two slides and lots of space to swim around. The amenities in the rental was a wonderful treat, toiletries, laundry soap, coffee, you name it.

Things to be aware of

G 401 is a good-sized unit. It was as advertised. It is a corner condo and there is no balcony out the front. The side balcony is quite large. There is also one outside the master bedroom. Some of the appliances were not easy to deal with, we are not great at technology. The jets in both bathtubs didn't work. There was a screen door missing. The dead bolt in the master bedroom didn't work and when we called, I could tell nothing was going to be fixed and it wasn't. No response as to why (I ended up fixing it myself with the tools they had there). There isn't any beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers or beach toys (things that all the other units we have rented had). With a few adjustments we would probably stay there again.

Great family stay

The room was perfect for our family. We felt like we could be together in the living room with space to spread out (play card games, watch tv, sit at the bar/island area). Also, the two bed rooms give you plenty of separation when you need to relax. Highly recommend room G401.

Perfect Family Trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Each morning consisted of yoga with the sound of the waves and the beach as our background. Spacious for 4 and had everything we needed.

What's Not to Love

This property has it all. It's a beautiful property with fantastic views of the ocean and all the comforts of home. This has been the nicest unit that we have stayed in. From the comfiest bed, the roomy bathrooms, the cozy living room and the grand balcony, this unit has it all. Oh, did I forget to mention, the views to die for. We will be back... The villa has been beautifully furnished and has some of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked for making our meals. The best feature of the villa is the location and view. Being at the top floor gives amazing views of the ocean from the living areas, as well as views of the sunsets over the mountains from the lanai and bedrooms. Also, Kauai Exclusive Management, especially Joshua, was excellent in responding to any inquiries and exceptionally helpful during our stay. The villa was spotless on check-in, even in areas that most hotels miss. If you are considering a condo in Kapaa, this is easily one of best ones you could hope for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Quiet get-away

This was a great place for rest and relaxation. The complex is so quiet that we never heard noises from other units. The condo was in excellent condition and was almost too clean. The kitchen had been cleaned so thoroughly that not even something as basic as salt was in the cabinets. The beds were super comfortable and the towel supply was plentiful. We could see whales breaching from our living room and a monk seal was on the beach several days. The tropical gardens throughout the resort are beautiful. The plentiful supply of lounge chairs that could be carried to the beach was a nice touch. We were disappointed in just a few aspects of this property. The photo showing the ocean view from the balcony is misleading. The view as shown is only visible from the end of the balcony. Most of the large balcony overlooks a parking lot. More than one lounge chair on the balcony would have been appreciated. And while the complex is on the route of the Kauai bike path, the path is beside a busy road in this section and didn't provide quick access to the idyllic views found on other sections of the path. Overall, this was one of our family's favorite vacations. We would return.

A Beautiful Resort

Had a problem getting into the unit on arrival. Our code didn't work for some reason. But it was finally resolved with a new code. Security and maintenance were very prompt and friendly. We were disappointed that there was no safe in the condo. Also that the sheets were not changed after a week. We didn't call the property management after we were in as the phone did not work. The night person who gave us a new code for the unit said that some owners do not hook up the phone because everyone has cell phones. We kept ours off because it was too expensive to use. The Bullshed restaurant next door was a great place to eat, and was reasonably priced. Liked having the Safeway right across the street.

The ultimate vacation stay

This is absolutely the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The condo is modern and beautifully appointed, with every possible amenity. But the real value lies in the location and views - it is beachfront, with views of both ocean and mountains from the private lanai. It is on the edge of the resort, so that it feels quiet and secluded, even though the pool, spa and resort restaurant are just steps away. This is a place that can truly offer a "real vacation"!
