Great Location With Amazing Views

I loved this place! The pictures and description are very accurate. The location was perfect with amazing views and walking distance to shopping and food. The AC in the bedrooms was great and the condo was stocked with everything.

Amazing Kauai vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in Kauai and really enjoyed our condo at Lae Nani. The unit has two beautiful decks to watch the sunrise or sunset and was well stocked with everything we needed. The amazing ocean views were such a bonus! The common area pool, beach and BBQs were convenient located and great to use. Would recommend!

This property was as advertised. Quiet and on the ocean. Equal distance from Princeville and Poipu and a market nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed, even a blender!

Beautiful view but dated

Views were beautiful and the location was great but the condo was pretty dated and not what I expected for the price. The kitchen cabinets did not look like they had ever been wiped down and needed a good clean. The beach towels for guests use were ratty. Washing machine was gross and needed clean. Views from the condo were fantastic though and the grounds are nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice bonus for use.

No AC and no umbrellas at pool is why the 4 stars.

Reviewer Comments: Everything is great about this property except that it doesn’t have air conditioning other than portable units in each of the bedrooms which were quite noisy. At times it was very uncomfortable in the other living areas given the high humidity on the island. The unit does have ceiling fans and other portable fans that does move the humid hot air around without cooling it. The location of the unit is great. The kitchen was well equipped. If you can tolerate a higher level of humidity this unit is perfect.

High top chairs alllow for an unobstructed view that is beautiful! The only issue for us was the heat. The air conditioning is extremely loud and cannot match the heat even when limited to just the sleeping space 😔. We could never get the main room less than 85 degrees despite religiously closing windows and doors when the sun as up. There is no flow through. If heat is your thing and you can sleep though anything this is the place for you or consider another time of year as it is truly beautiful here❤️

What a Gorgeous View

There are plenty of lounge chairs you can move to your choice spot. There is a swimming pool that was never crowded at all. It’s good to take small children to the pool as the ocean current is quite strong. That was the only disappointment is that the ocean is hard to swim in at that beach due to the rip tides. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you could need. The two bedrooms do have AC with we would turn on early evening and then turn off when we went to sleep. The unit was very clean and comfortable.The management is very responsive and provides quick answers to every question.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit's furnishings reflected the excellent island taste of the Owner. It was NOT a typical rental basics. Kitchen is superbly stocked with cooking needs and spices. Being end unit (allowing excellent ventilation) and away from the other buildings in the complex made for a complete focus on the beach, the ocean with daily turtles, all contained on grounds that are lush and inviting for daily stroll. Beach is good swimming area. The property management company we booked with (Garden Isle Properties) is top notch and was readily accessible before and during stay, and gave us more resources to help explore the island.I encourage others to book this unit if you can handle going up to third floor and no elevators. Those suitcases and groceries seem extra heavy going up.On site property office is adequate but not 5 star level.

Lae Nani Gem

This wasn't our first visit to Lae Nani, but this condo will be where we stay moving forward. Completely private with the best views of the ocean and the property. AC keeps the rooms comfortable and it is furnished with everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, well maintained residence.

Furniture a little large for place and windows needed cleaning especially the ones on the south wall looking towards Wailua River. We cleaned them! Otherwise Lae Nani is probably the nicest complex in Kapaa area.

Need ac

Being a third story unit it got so hot during the day even with the blinds drawn. The only semi cool spot was the bedrooms…..we had an infant and naps were done outside in the shade. There were 2 high tables on the lanai and only 2 chairs made it difficult for 4 adults to enjoy and dine out there.

Condo was beautiful and well stocked. Some basic seasonings and olive oil. Living areas were extremely warm even with the windows and fans going. Sometimes it was cooler outside. Bedrooms were much cooler with the air conditioning units. Great to have LavaLava Beach Club & Coconut Marketplace within walking distance.Could use more kitchen towels for a 1 week stay.Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.
