"We had a wonderful Friday-to-Saturday stay at this Seaview Road property with our family. The house was immaculately clean, tidy, and offered clear instructions for location and entry.There was plenty of room for our family group to spread out. We especially loved the ocean views from the upstairs master bedroom and lounge, the spacious family room, and the lengthy dining table that perfectly accommodated our group. The private, locked side fence provided quick, easy access to the beachfront, and despite the frightfully cold and wet weather on our first day, the spa was hot and ready to go! The Nespresso and DeLonghi coffee machines were also a great touch (just be sure to bring your own beans and pods, as you may need them).While our experience was very good, there are a few minor downsides to keep in mind:Heating: Despite the central heating, the house felt quite cold during the chilly weather.Acoustics: The beautiful wooden flooring and cupboard and door design make it a very noisy house at night when people are moving around.Wi-Fi: While the coverage is okay across the three zones, the average download and upload speeds (around 2Mbps) made it quite difficult to interact with cloud platforms. It is fine for a complete holiday getaway, but a bit challenging if you need to get some work done.Overall, a great family spot in an unbeatable location—thank you for having us!"
