“My wife and I stayed at Demetris wonderful apartment for 28 days. Wonderful position just off the strip in Kapparis and near some beautiful little bays. Not overlooked and very quiet. My wife is disabled but apartment on first floor with a good sized lift and parking near by not a problem. Big question would we stay there again 100%. Thank you Demetris. ”

“As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving.……

“Happy with the apartment! Very clean and a great balcony. Close to the pool and bar. Walking distance to beach and restaurantes. Would be great with a dishwasher next time. We had a car så visited different beaches evey day.”
