Wohnungsbewertung
Die Aussicht auf die Schlei ist toll. Wenn man in das Treppenhaus kommt, kriegt man einen Schreck,1900 Jahrhundertwende. Der Toaster müsste mal gereinigt werden, ohne Scheuermittel wurde der nicht sauber. sehviel putzen der Mieter angesagt ist

Perfektes Domizil in Kappeln.
Die Wohnung boht alles was man braucht. Sogar an die Kuscheldecke für den gemütlichen Abend war gedacht. Sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert.
Die Lage war auch super. Bäcker fussläufig. Viele Märkte in der Stadt.

Tolle Aussicht
Super Ausblick und Lage!! Es machte Spaß aus dem Fenster zu schauen. Alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, einschließlich Trockner und Spülmaschine. Der Boden wackelt allerdings etwas und der Geruch ist ein bisschen seltsam. Es war coronabedingt ab 22 Uhr abends auch totenstill. Zu normalen Bedingungen könnte es ggf. abends laut sein. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist etwas steil. Hinterhof chaotisch (kommt man aber nur hin, wenn man Fahrräder abstellen will).

Wohnung in Kappeln Am Hafen 19
Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichen. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Mit der Parkkarte für das Be- und Entladen kann man leben.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir können uns nur positiv über die Wohnung äußern.
Alles vorhanden, damit 2 (-3) Personen komfortabel den Urlaub oder ein verlängertes Wochenende verbringen können.
Insbesondere ist der schöne Blick aus der Wohnung auf die Schlei und auf die Schleibrücke zu erwähnen.
