Houseboat in Olpenitz with swimming pool

The floating house Villa Sansibar isn't just built near or on the water, but actually directly ON the water, right in the middle of the marina at the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz.

The houseboat is built on a pontoon and easily accessible via a jetty. Thanks to its unique design, the house sits peacefully on the water, but it has no engine and therefore cannot be moved.

The two bedrooms are located directly above the water. The comfortable shower room is on this level, as is the Finnish sauna.

A staircase leads to the light-filled living area with a modern kitchenette. This level has a loft-like, open-plan design and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, you naturally have a view of the surrounding water. From the living room, you can access the large, adjoining terrace with high-quality garden furniture. The magnificent sun deck sits atop the roof.

The house also includes a private boat mooring, which you can use free of charge. It is suitable for boats up to approximately 10 meters in length. You can park your car on the shore right next to the floating house.
