Welcome to the holiday home "Meer & Mehr II." Your detached holiday home boasts a stunning location, surrounded by a green meadow and very close to the Baltic Sea.
Your 80 m² home offers an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and spacious living environment. Relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or unwind on the terrace at the end of your vacation days.
On cooler days, the wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth. For your safety, the house is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. Books, board games, Blu-ray discs, DVDs, and CDs are available for enjoyable evenings. A sofa bed (140x200 cm) offers an additional sleeping option for two children.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your travel companions.
The ground-floor bathroom features a window with privacy screening, a toilet, a shower, and, as a special highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can relax after long walks on the beach.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both furnished with wardrobes and box-spring beds. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other has two single beds pushed together (100x200 cm). Both rooms have light-colored pleated blinds.
A highchair and a travel cot with a mattress are also available. A second bathroom with a bathtub and window completes the upper floor. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails.
The terrace is furnished with patio furniture, two sun loungers, a beach chair, and an electric grill. You can safely store your bicycles in a bicycle shed. A handcart is also available for trips to the beach.
A parking space is available for your car.
