"Ocean Heart" sea view vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea - 3 minutes' walk to the beach

Located between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, the beautiful “Ocean Heart” apartment is right on the beach promenade. Our goal is to make our guests feel right at home and comfortable from the moment they arrive. The phrase “time by the sea” is sure to take on a whole new meaning here!<br><br>From the apartment, the view stretches as far as the eye can see over the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The stunning balcony offers a sweeping view of the harbour scene, passing sailboats, and sightseeing steamers. A high-quality seating set and sun loungers are provided for you to enjoy relaxing hours in the sun. When the weather is nice, guests are welcome to use the electric grill.<br><br>The living area is furnished with light-colored furniture and features high-quality hardwood floors, giving the apartment a Nordic, elegant flair. Comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove invite you to relax—even on days when the weather isn’t great. With a glass of red wine in hand and a crackling fire in the background, the holiday atmosphere is perfect.<br><br>In the living room, as well as in one of the two bedrooms, flat-screen TVs with home entertainment systems provide entertainment as needed. <br><br>The open-concept kitchen and dining area adjoins the living area. Guests will find a modern built-in kitchen equipped with everything an amateur chef could wish for. There’s room for everyone at the large dining table, whether for a cosy dinner or a game night.<br><br>Both bedrooms feature two single box-spring beds that ensure a deep and restful sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows can each be darkened with curtains. <br><br>A bathtub with a shower is the ideal place to relax after an eventful day of holiday.<br><br>There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the apartment building. The apartment, located on the ground floor, is easily accessible by lift. <br><br>The wide, white sandy beach (Weidefeld) is just a three-minute walk from your holiday home and offers swimming and recreational fun for everyone. There are various sections of the beach for nudists, dogs, surfers, and kite surfers. Beach chairs can be rented at the “Lobster” beach restaurant.<br><br>The OstseeResort Olpenitz features its own sandy beach as well as its own marina for sailboats and recreational boats.<br><br>The port town of Kappeln, located just 6 km from here, invites you to shop or visit one of its many restaurants year-round. A visit to the Amanda Museum Mill, as well as a stroll from the fishing harbour to the museum harbour along the harbour promenade, are definitely worth your time.<br><br>The area surrounding the idyllic Schlei Baltic Sea fjord (home of the TV series *The Country Doctor*) offers numerous other activities.<br><br>The apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort.
