House "Christoph", 1'500 m a.s.l.. In the district of Städlen 4 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position. For shared use: patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 3 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "Kappl Städlen" 90 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.8 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Member company Silvretta Card Premium from summer 2023: Unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Unfreundlicher, verbal aggressiver, persönlich beleidigender Vermieter ("Hausherr")

Der "Hausherr" war verbal aggressiv, beleidigend und persönlich, als wir am Vorabend der Abreise die Kaution auch bar wieder zurück bekommen wollten. Der Hausherr sagte, dass er bei der Abreise nicht da ist und es sein Haus ist und er bestimmt, wann er die Wohnung kontrolliert und ob er dann die Kaution zurückbezahlt !! Dies war für uns ein noch nie dagewesenes Verhalten eines Vermieters - wir werden garantiert NIE mehr hingehen !!! (Bereits bei der Nachfrage nach der Skischuhheizung - als diese nicht lief - war der "Hausherr" unwirsch!)Das Verhalten des "Hausherrn" ist unakzeptabel !
