Luxurious 3 bed, 3 bath Apmt w Pool

Our modern 3 bedroom, all en-suite apartment is close to Ischgl and Kappl ski resorts, has shared access to a Wellness including both Indoor/Outdoor pool, Sauna and Steam room, and has spectacular mountain views over the Paznaun valley.
The space
The apartment was built in 2012, is built to an incredibly high spec, fits 8 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 with 4 bunk beds. Each of these is en-suite with twin-sinks, and 2 have walk-in rain showers, and 1 has a bath with shower.
There is also a lounge and kitchen with dining table, sofa, fireplace, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and hob.
There is also a Wellness area with indoor and outdoor pool, steam room and sauna.

Everything in the apartment is accessible. Wellness is shared by the 10 apartments in Schooren des Alpes.

The local people of Kappl are very friendly. Ski resorts of Kappl and Ischgl are on your doorstep.
Summer is beautiful and has lots of hiking and mountain biking options.
Great place for families and for those seeking a quiet mountain retreat.

Innsbruck is 1 hour away by car, Zurich 2.5h and Friedrichshafen 1h 50.
In winter ski buses run every hour from 50m away from the apartment.

We live in London so you'll be met by the Wolfgang, our neighbour, who'll give you keys, show you around and help with any information you require.

A 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended when there is a lot of snow in resort in winter.

We have an outdoor parking space for guests. Look for the space named “Boujis”.
