「Nice hotel」

「the hotel is in a small town and you need a car to get around, renting a car in Cyprus is the only way to visit. the restaurant in the hotel is good and that makes up a bit on the boredom. the swimming pool is the only other activity beside the bar and restaurant. 」

「The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. 「the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. But stuff - this is a separate question. Not friendly, not polite, they are treating you as they are forced to. No smiles, no attention to details. Like bad robots. As a sample - i asked for wake-up call, and did not get it))). So missed the breakfast which was included in my rate. On check-out - just one...

「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」

I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.」
