“I liked the spacious room, the almost floor to ceiling mirrors, minimalistic decor, the simplicity of the rooms and the restaurant staff, delicious breakfast, the doormen, and the locals and the location of the property. What could have been better? Aircon failed after powercut, with an improved power backup, the situation could have been resolved.”

“Booked on Hotel.com for 2 days. But was denied entry by hotel staff as they did not have record of booking despite showing confirmation e-mail. Horrible experience as I had to look for other hotels at 3 am at night with family and kids.”

“This place is not fit for staying a single night. There’s nothing in this property that’s good enough. I’d not recommend this property.”

“Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. ”
