I loved the place and it was beautiful. I was quite unhappy with the massage therapist... I had a great massage with her and pre-paid her for a friend to have one-hour. I accidentally left my fit bit at the massage table. When I went back to get it the manager led me to her down at the water... I discovered she sent someone else to do the massage for my friend, and that woman had my fit bit in her purse. Bait and switch - I feel like the 2nd massage person was planning to take my watch, my friend was very disappointed with the massage and cut it short and the therapist I paid (and tipped handsomely) never came clean... very disappointing !!!

Gartenanlage schln, etwas abseits von Amed
Die schöne Gartenanlage, die freistehenden geräumigen Bungalows sind top. Auch zum schnorcheln direkt vor drm Hotel ist es super! Bei uns hat der Aussenbereich mit WC, Dusche und Lavabo immer sehr gestunken, wie bei einer Kläranlage. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos gestaltet und die Hygiene im Esssaal entspricht nicht europäischem Standart. Da werden die verfleckten, schmutzigen Tischtücher nach dem Gast lediglich etwas abgestaubt. Aber uns hat es sonst gut gefallen!

We stayed here for our last 2 nights in Bali and it was such a gem of a place! We hadn't pre-booked our trip so found this place the night before we were traveling from Ubud to Amed. The expedia ratings were good and it seemed close to the snorkeling locations we wanted to visit. Check in was quick and east. We had a private villa with a walking path right to the beach with a perfect snorkeling spot. We watched the sunrise over the ocean each morning. The buffet breakfast was very tasty (the coffee and banana pancakes were my favorite!) and had a water fill station in the restaurant and in the lobby. The restaurant is right on the beach and we watched the fishing boats come in each morning while having breakfast. The dinner options were many and they had the best noodles (goreng) of all the places we went during out week in Bali. LOVED the open air bathroom and the visits by the little geckos. The gardens and pool were gorgeous and well maintained. This was the perfect place to end our week of adventures in Bali!

Fantastische locatie
Fantastische locatie. Voor de derde keer hier geweest. Mooi snorkelen voor de deur. Mooie omgeving. Wel zijn er inmiddels wat dingen aan vervanging toe of moet er worden schoon gemaakt. Bv de koelkasten in het restaurant zijn aan vervanging toe. Matrassen in de huisjes zijn aan vervanging toe. En het zwembad laten tegeltjes los en mag de zwembad rand beter worden schoongemaakt tussen de voegen. Lig kussens op de zwembad bedjes zou ook fijn zijn. Het zijn kleine dingen. Wij zouden op deze plek zo kunnen wonen.

Nous sommes allés au mois de septembre. Accueil sympathique avec un cocktail de bienvenue. Nous avions pris une villa avec vue sur la mer- Grandes chambres propre et calme. Lit assez grands et confortables. Accès internet moyen depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus et excellent- Personnel sympathique.

Honeymoon trip to Bali
Great location right at Lipah beach. rey good service and attentive staff. The first nightt a fuse blew. Upon investigation it was noted that a pipe with water dripping from it was dripping onto the fuse switches. Once the pipe was redirected, they were able to reset the fuse.

Overall good, but some things need to be improved
We have stayed here for 4 nights. Like: The big and clean room with opened bathroom, beautiful green territory with nice pool, great place for snorkeling. Dislike: very poor breakfast (no any kind of meat like sausages or bacon), lack of hot water power, no sunbeds on the beach, attempt to charge me for the stay on check-out while I already have paid it with hotels.com

Bodde i en villa med havsutsikt, vilket jag tyckte var det bästa. Ligger precis vid stranden. Vill man ha sandstrand så är det fel ställe mest stenar och koraller. För snorkling bra! Man kan gå från hotellet till olika restauranger men lättast med scooter. Väldigt dålig frukost och mat på hotellet.

Particularmente no me gusto Amed. No es linda la playa y es un lugar muy pobre con casi nada para hacer. En cuanto al hotel es lindo, solo un poco de humedad. Lo mejor del hotel es el cheff que cocina riquísimo!

The hotel was amazing, at a beautiful location. Sunrise from the beach was beautiful too. Love the outdoor showers and massive tub. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Amed.

Havde booket 3 nætter men blev til en hel uge på Coral View , da vores båd til Gili blev aflyst pga. høje bølger. Ikke det værste sted at "strande" , beliggende midt på stranden , og med koral-revet lige udenfor hotellet. Selve koralrevet var ikke så imponerende, da det meste er gråt og dødt, men fiskene er der stadig . Ikke langt fra hotellet - 3km - er der mulighed for at snorkle ved et Japansk skibsvrag som ligger tæt ved stranden. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale, som hjalp med forlængelse af boking/ophold da vores båd var aflyst - også selv om hotellet var næsten fuldt booket...……. Coral View har egen restaurant, hvor den dejlige morgenmad indtages, og også mulighed for frokost og aftensmad. Er det et længere ophold, er der flere lokale restauranter i nærheden, med god mad til rigtig billige penge...……… Vi boede i de store 4 personers sea view villas i forreste række mod stranden. Fantastisk at sidde på terrassen og nyde udsigten og lyden af bølgerne , eller for den sags skyld den fantastiske solopgang …………….. Klar anbefaling

ビーチに漁船がつながれて全く使えない
目の前がビーチにもかかわらず、漁船がつながれていて草も生えているので、まったく使えない。柵まであるのでちょうぼうもよくない。他のホテルは漁船の手前にビーチチェアを置いて工夫をしている。 他に不満はないが、プールしかないのにこの価格設定はたかすぎると思った。

An Old Favourite
We'd originally headed over to Tejekula to find a beach the Sunday Times had just listed as part of its top 20. Didn't find any decent beaches so decided to head to Coral View at Amed - a place we've visited many times. I love its location, right next to the beach, where you can swim and snorkel safely. The gardens are lovely and the vibe relaxed, with a great massage available from the local women. Bread and a variety of other dishes are prepared on the premises. One of m favourite places in Bali

Rustic charm with modern amenities
Coral View Villas is an ideal place to stay if you are diving in Amed and want somewhere convenient and comfortable to stay. It is next door to the professional Eurodive and there are several good, inexpensive local restaurants within a short walk. You can snorkel from the beach or hire a boat as well. We chose a garden suite, which was spacious and clean, with a terrace. If we stay again I think it would be worth paying a bit more for one of the 2 storey beachfront villas. staff were very helpful and breakfast was varied and good quality.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis
Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand. Einstieg ins "Hausriff" direkt vom Strand aus. Sehr freundliches Personal im Hotel und am Schnorchel- und Flossenverleih. Auch die in manchen Kommentaren kritisierte Aufdringlichkeit der Massage-Damen am Strand ist nun wirklich nicht störend (und die Massagen sind auch noch gut und günstig!). Viel geboten ist in der Umgebung nicht, aber einige (sehr gute) Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz. Zimmer sind gut, nicht mehr topaktuell, aber absolut ok für den Preis. Frühstück recht übersichtlich, aber völlig ausreichend. Von daher: auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
