"Fantastic value in a beautiful location. The restaurant was very good and clearly popular with locals. Overall staff were friendly but one slightly less so which we put down to lack of confidence in using English. It’s a steep walk if you are coming from the tram stop!"

"The property is definitely the best in the area and probably the largest so it is definitely the best choice. The food, the staff, the rooms are all excellent. My only issue was with the swimming pool, it showed that the water was 27 degrees Celsius but it was closer to 25 while I was there so we only went there 1 times in 3 days, it was quite cold for the kids. Other that that, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem der Apartments. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen am Hang mit einen schönen Blick ins Tal. Der Busstop zur Spindlerova Bouda ist in 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küchenzeile ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, so dass man auch mal etwas einfaches kochen kann. Das Restaurant bietet morgens ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und auch abends kann man dort schön sitzen und zu angemessenen Preisen essen."

"freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter im Hotel sowie im Restaurant, das Zimmer und das Hotel mit dem gesamten Anwesen war sehr sauber, das Zimmer schön groß und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, was die Frische, Auswahl und das Anrichten betrifft, alles im allen...das Hotel mit Restaurant ist eine sehr gute Wahl."
