Great place for families with kids because of the large unit sizes and the swimming pool. Units are well equipped for breakfast and small dinners. Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use.

Met our needs

We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance

Sauna ist leider ein Witz

- Sauna <70°, für mich ist das leider nichts - Abseits von der Altstadt gelegen - Parkgebühr 10 Euro pro Nacht - Keine Balkonmöbel + Ruhig + Großes Zimmer, Herd, WM, Kühlschrank etc.

Brilliant for a family but be careful of fees

Really high standard apartment, clean and smart. Our family of 5 were very comfortable. The swimming pool is great, we felt safe and recommended this hotel as a family destination. Now for the gripes, we arrived late at night and were asked to pay for the apartment despite having already paid through Hotels.com, with 3 kids in tow we had little choice. We also had to pay an extra 70€ for parking (in cash only). Towels were not exchanged as expected and when we checked out at 9.30am we were told that the family had to be out of the pool by 10am as this was the check out time. The place is great value but check payments etc before you arrive. We are still waiting to have our payment issues to be resolved

Paráda

Velmi pěkné ubytování, apatmán byl prostorný, s balkónem na slunečnou stranu, velmi dobře vybavený ( např. televize s youtube, mikrovlnka, dobrá wifi apod.), dobře vybavená kuchyňka, pohodlná postel, děti spaly na sklopné posteli, což bylo mnohem pohodlnější než rozkládací pohovka, dostatečné osvětlení, dostatek úložných prostor. Apatmán byl příjemně provoněn, na stole orchidej. K využití je vnitřní bazén, který je možno používat do 21. hod. Jediná malá výtka - v koupelně, která je prostorná chyběl nějaký odkládací prostor ( např. police)

Отдых понравился. Положительные впечатления начались со встречи с компетентным и доброжелательным ремершионистом Натальей. Очень порадовал просторный и удобный номер-апартаменты. Сауна и бассейн вызывали только положительные эмоции. Расположение подходит для людей, которые любят пешие или велосипедные прогулки, до центра около 4 км по тропинке вдоль речки. великолепный отдых в Mosers.

Очень понравилось!

Ресепшн работант круглосуточно, и это очень удобно! Мы ехали на машине и приехали поздно вечером. Нас встретили, поселили. В апартаиентах прекрасный бассейн , тренажерный зал, суна. Здание находится в очень зеленом районе. Рядом 2 больших супермаркета. До центра Карловых Вар идти пешком минут 15. Можено доехать на автобусе.
