“Our first impression of this place was it was difficult to find. The lady at the front was helpful and nice. Note it had a sign that read no more rooms available. The hallway carpets were dirty, worn and stained and the elevators were also dirty. Our room door had quite a space letting light in. Our bathroom had bugs on the floor, the tub and toilet were very stained. The stopper in the tub had bunches of hair and some gross chunky stuff. There was a hair pick stuck in the vent with hair in it.……

Pizza on a plate in the microwave, red plastic bowl between stove and refrigerator, lightbulb holder in lamp was hanging out of lamp, debris and dirty children’s toys behind and under couch and around the bed, floors felt grimy, toothbrush hanging on down spout of water pipe under the sink, toilet paper in an unflushed toilet, mice crawling on the floors, tops of surfaces dirty. Did not open refrigerator, nor cabinets, nor oven. Seemingly unsafe due to the……

“I don't recommend this establishment to anyone who has emotional support animals. They kicked my dogs and I out on account of a noise complaint that they didn't know what room the noise was coming from. The manager also had the nerve to tell me my dog was aggressive just because he is a doberman Pincher. I asked him"did my dog growl at you or approach you?" He said nothing at all except he was calling the police. My dog didn't show any signs of aggression.”

“The staff was extremely helpful with check in. Breakfast was good love that they have a waffle machine. The room was clean and overall a great experience. Make sure to check out the Dutch bros I recommended walking there and hanging out in their lobby. :)”

“The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. Dirty outside, but the room was clean and comfortable. Good for checking in to sleep and shower. The Denny’s next door was good for breakfast anytime.”

“The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep.”
