Excellent location on top of hill with a beautiful view of sea. Excellent property with a lovely pool for the family. Excellent and friendly staff. Easy to communicate with staff and they are very helpful.

Very nice property and hospitality from the Management team was fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure our stay would be perfect in every way. However, the property is on the top of a very steep hill and you either have to drive or take a taxi every time you want to get back.

Prefect for rest and relax.
The best owner ever. She is so friendly and helpful. She even text me during my trip and advise where else can we go. Super. Recommend to rent a bike or car to stay there.

Had a terrible experience at this property, with what I would only describe as “highway robbery”. Totally unaware that electricity and water cost were NOT included as part of the package and have to pay on checkout. This is not mentioned upfront upon booking and you are required to sign a contract on checkin (not like you have a choice given is no refund). We stayed 6 nights and the electricity bill came out to be US$400. Mind you we were out on average 8 hours a day during our stay. So clearly a scam. Lesson learnt. Cleaning staff were very nice but the owner is clearly here to make a buck, which is ok but I do have a problem with robbery. Called the cops but they couldn’t resolve the problem but they were clearly sympathetic and they know the bill would be for a whole year in Phuket, not 6 nights. The owner will prob respond by saying we signed the contract - which she’s correct. So again it was my fault for getting scammed. I never write reviews in general because frankly don’t have time but this one clearly warrants one. Advice to you guys considering booking: go elsewhere, don’t waste your time, money and headache on dishonest people

I think the comments from our other customers answer themselves to this dishonest comment. all the sites in which the residence is proposed show that the electricity is not included in the rental price. This customer was informed many time that he should close aircond in the day time especialy when the doors are open and when he left out .But he was of course not care at all as he already thinking to escape the residence before paying the bill. Lucky that police can help us with such kind of people. Every house has electric meter to show how many meter they used and we show this customer too.
