A very pleasant stay at cc hideaway hotel. It is at a quiet side of the island yet just mins away from keta beach. The hotel staff and yoga teachers are wonderful making our holiday a relaxing and memorable one. Highly recommended!

Balkongen var heller ikke brukandes da det foregikk joga og andre økter rett utenfor balkongen , noen ganger lange pass ! Amazing host
Booked this hotel last minute as we decided to go to Phuket earlier than planned. Host was very nice and such an amazing reception. Hotel is not 5 star but service is 5 star.

booking in James reception arrogant aloof unhelpful....snide....he thought he was being clever when I asked for a room with a sea view as promised and kept me waiting 13 mins while he supposedly checked the room occupancy and then rudely told me no room available.....his manner was offensive to me and I will NEVER go there again

Yoga, stille, rolig og herlig hotel
Kjempefint hotel i Kata hills. Gratis shuttle til stranden hver dag når det passer deg. De har restaurant med veldig god mat, også om man er veganer. Rett i nærheten av Big Buddha-statuen, og restauranten Santosa, som er veldig bra! Herlig basseng, service og vi har hatt et herlig opphold. Ps: siden hoteller ligger i Kata hills er man avhengig av shuttle eller taxi for å komme seg til strand og restaurant-gater. Ps2: hotellet arrangerer utflukter hver dag, og har yogaklasser på taket hver morgen og kveld.

Nice rooms. Difficult to get anywhere else.
The hotel itself is great - lovely rooms with nice pool and activities available. The staff are friendly and the yoga instructors are good. Unfortunately the shuttle service is a mess, making it very hard to explore the local area. Taxis refuse to go there as well because of the hill. The food and drinks are considerably overpriced. We had a transfer to the bus station arranged after our stay and they took us to the wrong station (insisting it was the right one despite our protestations) which causes significant delays in getting to our next destination. If you want to stay at your hotel all day and just use the pool this is the place for you. If you want to explore or even just go out to eat it is not easy to do from here.

Dear Megan: Thank you for your comments and concerns. For the shuttle, we start at 9 am and goes until 11 pm, stopping at over 8 points throughout the Kata and Karon areas. I will be going to back to my drivers to see what might have happened to create this confusion for you. As for the transfer to the bus station, I will be investigating this also. Our goal is to make sure that we deliver what our guest needs are met. For these concerns, I apologize for the less perfect experience.

**THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PHUKET** I would 100% recommend CC's Hideaway to anyone! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The room and facilities were absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I loved that CC's was tucked away in the hills - it felt more intimate and the views were incredible. It's also extremely close to the trailhead up to Big Bhudda. We hiked it twice during our stay! Even though it was farther away from the main attractions of Karon and Kata, they provide free shuttle service to a lot of different points in town. That was very convenient. The very best part about CC's was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. We had a lot of unique travel accommodations that needed to be made, and they handled them with ease. I will not think twice about staying at CC's again when we come back to Phuket.

definitely won't visit again, not worth it
Hotel staff are not friendly at all. My family did not feel welcome. Inconvenient location as it's at the top of the hill - have to wait for the shuttle bus to get around. Check in was very slow as they made a copy of everything. Definitely not a 4 star accommodation - more like a 3 star hotel. Not worth the price and if you are looking for a hotel that is accessible, do not choose this one. Also the lighting in the room is very very very dark. Not enough places to put my stuff after i unpack. Table is very small, there is no couch.

Dear Dahyun Yoo: Thank you for your comments for the one day you stayed with us at CC's Hideaway. All comments and concerns are valid to us. Your inputs allow us to reflect on how we can better position our hotel as well as our rooms. In reviewing your comments, one comment that stands out is our location. This surprises me because we are very clear on our location which is in the lush hills of Kata. Maybe you failed to read our description correctly. Needless to say, given that we are located away from the craziness of the crowds, we do provide a free shuttle that starts at 9 am and goes until 11 pm, leaving the hotel every hour. By providing this service, we feel strongly that we are accessible to the crowds and the beautiful beaches in the Kata/Karon area. You mention the check in process, the copying of your passports and on how long it took to check you in. We agree that the check-in process can seem long but the Thailand Immigration Department requires us to copy our guest's passports and report every guest that checks into our hotel. To protect our guest while staying with us, we will follow the requirements of the Thai Government. As for the rooms, you choose to book a family room which allows three adults to sleep comfortably. We are very clear on the size of our rooms and the amenities that are located in them. I have to assume that you failed to fully read and understand the descriptions of our rooms.

Peace to sleep in Kata
CC's is a perfect place higher on a hill, away from all that hassle and noice whats closer to beach, you get a good night sleep there, relaxing environment. Shuttle transportation works ok, once per hour, until 11pm. Hotel is in ok condition, little bit out dated but in tropics its part of the charm, compared the other similar 4 star hotels example in phi phi where i stayed, this was really good value compared to that. Staff is helpful in the hotel. Yoga classes are professional and i warmly recommend, i tried once and would go again definetly. Warmly recommended.

La piscine pas tres grande ni profonde est encombrée par des bouées, matelas et autres objets impossible de faire quelques brasses.Aucunes règles, des enfants et parents dont certaints alcolisés restent jusqu'à minuit dans l'eau pour jouer et crier sans aucuns respect pour les gens qui veulent dormir. Aucunes personnes de l'hôtel n'osaient faire le gendarme. Au pétit dejeuner j'ai fais remarquer que les petits feux sous les cloches étaient éteint et que le béconne étaient froid ce qui n'a pas plus à une employée. Le lendemain cette employée m'a agressée en me faisant remarquer que les feux étaient allumés. J'ai compris pour qu'elle raison il y a des navettes de l'hôtel qui vous dépose à la plage et vient vous rechercher, il y a une montée avant d'arrivée à l'hôtel digne d'un col du tour de France. le scooter 125 que j'avais loué était au bort de la rupture à chaque montée pour le retour à l'hôtel. J'ai monté 2 fois cette côte à pied ça èté un cauchemard. Pour la st valentin il y avait de la musique et des tables autour we la piscine, malheureusement personne nous a prévenu de cette soirée. C'était marqué à la reception en Anglais. Moi qui voyage dans le monde Je peux vous dire que cet hôtel est à prendre pour une nuit. Je ne retournerais jamais dans cette hôtel CC's Hideaway

La piscine trop petite et impossible de nager car il y a dedans plusieurs bouées, matelas et petites boules. Aucunes réglementations par rapport aux heures d'ouvertures, à minuit il y a encore des enfants et parents alcoolisés dans la piscine donc pour dormir pas facile aucunes personnes de l'hôtel daignent à dire quelque chose. Je tiens à préciser qu'il y a une femme au petit déjeuner qui s'est permis de m'agresser verbalement en me disant devant un jeune cuisinier qu'elle a prit comme temoin que le feu était allumé sous les plats car la veille je lui ai fait remarquer que le bécone etait froid étant donné que les feux étaient tous éteint. Expedia a oublié de dire dans ses commentaires de l'hôtel qu'il y a une montée terrible pour se rendre à l'hôtel, je comprends mieux pour quelle raisons il y a des navettes gratuites qui vous descendent et remontent de la plage. J'ai loué un scooter 125 honda qui arrivé au milieux de cette montée était à chaque fois sur le point de caler tellement il fatiguait dans cette cote, j'ai grimpé 2 fois cette montée à pied j'ai souffert et je suis un sportif confirmé. Le jour de mon départ vers 16h une camionette a glissée dans le ravin avec des touristes à bord tellement les véhicules souffrent dans cette cote. Cette hôtel est fait plus pour des familles avec enfants qui ne vont pas à la plage et comme je l'ai entendu dire par d'autres touristes: C'est un hôtel qui fait congés payés voir ordinaire. Je ne retournerai jamais au CC's Hideaway.

Only for those who are planning for a retreat in the boutique hotel, if you’re looking at shopping or exploring phuket, this location can be extremely inconvenient for you. Not near the beaches but free shuttle bus do drop at the beaches. Take note of the hourly shuttle service or risk having to wait for an extra hours if you miss the timings.

Thank you for your comment though I am confused with your comment about our location. Given that we are located on a hill and have been operating for the past 14 years, we are very clear and careful to share that we are not close to the beach. Given our location, we provide a free shuttle to three beautiful beaches - Kata Noi, Kata and Karon beaches. Though we are isolated, we do provide a wide range of activities to all of our guest - Big Buddha Trekking, 4 Water program, Old Town Tour, etc. If these programs are not to your liking, we also provide a Wellness program where we have two Yoga classes per day for a small fee, as well as an in-house massage therapist.

Small hotel set on a hillside behind Karon Town. Positives are the lovely friendly staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the extra touches like cookies in the room. Negatives are the distance and the need to rely on a shuttle van to take you down the hill to and from various points on the beaches and town, and the "compulsory" Christmas Eve dinner costing 1500 THB per person - a practice which apparently is quite common in the hotels in this area but ought to be discretionary. Overall we had a great experience at this property mainly due to the nice staff but the compulsory nature of the dinner left a bad taste and we would never come back over the holiday season.

Good hotel, excellent staff
CCs was a very enjoyable experience. I did the yoga retreat for 4 days and loved it. The hotel is good but what makes the experience is the yoga teachers, the staff, the food and the excursions. I have done a few other tours in Thailand but none as good as the CCs. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you are at home while there. Very accomodating and would def return

Dive weekend
Very nice and comfortable place with a good seaview. Friendly staff and helpful even with very late at night arrival. Only complaint would be that its very far from the airport, but my fault I guess for not checking. And very far from the beach and town, but they do have a free shuttle bus. Good food in the restaurant and nice pool
