Very affordable lovely hotel; great food, pool areas. The staff treats you like 5 star even though I’d probably rate it 3.5 stars. If you stay in the wing I did it’s renovated and tastefully furnished. Other wings are slightly dated. I was on fifth floor with huge room, and balcony overlooking Kata Beach. The food, breakfasts and buffets are amazing with good value. I stayed at this hotel a total of 12 nights. Staff and service amazing with great value. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from street and lobby to rooms.Reccomend it

Ok but noisy and uncomfortable

Ok hotel. Nice staff, but man, no noise isolation, 7am workers move around things above you and around you, uncomfortable bed, they combining 2 twin beds and the beds are stiff like rock. The room full of noises from squeaky AC and the refrigerator. They have nice breakfast but will never to back to this hotel ever again. Terrible stay. Barely slept.

The kindest staff ever

Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me.

Stayed 3 nights in a grand deluxe twin room. The room was very spacious even with two twin beds and a lounge with coffee table. Rooms felt very clean and well vacuumed before my check in. Location was excellent - access to Kata beach was very close by the hotel and there are many restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were just lovely. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Phuket again

The property was lovely, just the right size not too big. My room was massive with a well layed out design. Everything tou could need including two 2pools too chose from. Walking distance to 3 beaches. Great experience

Nice place with good location. Friendly and supportive staff. Not suitable for people with restricted immovability. A lot of stairs and lack of handicap supported solutions.

Transportation facilities are poor in Kata Beach. May be it is for off season that's why. I am not sure. Chanalai people are very friendly. If you have no problem to stay in near Kata Beach I recommend everyone to stay this hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel but unfortunately my husband had a knee injury a few days before arriving and we could not travel. We called the hotel asking if they would allow us to change the reservation or get a refund and they said no. Personnel was unfriendly and didn’t care at all.
