A resort with great CP value, you get what you are paid for. Convenient location, only minutes walking to the beach and to the main road, also close to the terminus of the bus stop to Phuket Town. The room is basically clean, although there are some stinks on the bed sheet / blanket. There is some smell in the room when I got in everytime, but the smell were gone after a while. They have upgraded me to another room but turned out that room came with no view at all so I requested a room swap to my booked room type and the staff was very helpful and friendly to help accommodating my request. The room facilities may need replacement though especially TV and air-conditioning (but the first room was fine, so I believe not every room got the same problem). The swimming pool and fitness room is OK, I would recommend this resort in general.

對客人呵護備至的酒店
酒店四周環境較寧靜，適合喜歡安靜渡假的客人，但食店是充足的。所有員工對客人都非常親切，上至大堂及餐廳經理，下至清潔人員，對客人的關心是無可挑剔的，酒店很大，服務人員會記得客人曾提出的要求，見面時會關心一下。早餐的款式已很足夠，味道也不錯。泳池相當清潔，可放心游泳。客房內床比較硬。唯今次住宿4個晚上的旅程裡，曾換過一次房間，因為洗手間間斷地發出惡臭，洗手盤下水管道也有漏水情况，要求换房後新房間没有漏水現象但去水道有淤塞情况，洗手盤去水較慢及亦有輕微的臭味發出，碍於住宿日子不長，不想再搬來搬去所以没提出投訴。酒店方面應該在下水道問題多加注意。酒店軟件方面無懈可擊，硬件方面需多加留意。

酒店不错，离海滩步行10分钟，离酒吧街、西蒙人妖修、夜市都不远，但也不吵，早餐也比较丰盛，挺好的。就是wifi不太好，经常断。

Over all very enjoyable stay reception staff excellent bedroom a bit lacking in drawer space , the bed is formed on a static base with really sharp corners which both myself and my wife walked into several times resulting in a nasty cut for myself.The breakfast lacked a bit of imagination same fruit every day and the egg station very disappointing, eggs pre cooked and then rewarmed if you were lucky never cooked properly on the griddle , better off frying the eggs fresh like other properties we have stayed in we would probably use again if in the area as it is in a very good location for most things in Kata .

Stay for service but not for comfort.
The pillows were flat, and even has odour. The toilet layout got the bidet with the toilet roll dispenser is so bad! Despite giving specific instruction of what amenities is lacking despite after they have made up the room, the housekeeping did not do it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want a basic hotel, near to the beach, this is highly recommendable. Last but not least, somehow, there will always be mosquitoes in the room, despite having killed the night before. And no, balcony door was not opened.

It's a resort with great rooms, great amenities - two outdoor pools, gym - friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is abundant and diverse. Its location is great, Kata beach is just around the corner, and Kata Noi is also only a maximum 20-minute walk. There are lots great restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

Das Personal ist stehts bemüht und sehr aufmerksam. Mängeln oder Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Niki und Cream sind einfach klasse, wie auch das ganze Team . Erwähnenswert ist Ihre freundlichkeit . An der Poolbar ist Franky nicht zu toppen, tolle Cocktail mit Liebe gemacht und immer mit einen lächeln serviert. Wir würden dieses Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen . Wenn Kata Beach dann nur Chanalai Flora

Vi havde betalt ex for et executive room, men vi synes bestemt ikke at værelset levede op til dette. Værelset var kedeligt og komforten dårlig. Rengøringen fjernede ikke skrald fra værelset og vendte gentagende gange lagenet på sengen på den forkerte led så det var for kort og vi måtte redde om. Vi tjekkede ud 5 dage før planlagt, fordi vi ikke var tilfredse.
