Top floor sea view apartment in Karon

Bright and inviting, this 2-bedroom apartment at the Sea and Sky Condominium is located just 800 meters from the beautiful Karon Beach. The entire infrastructure of Karon town is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, massage and spa salons, currency exchange, and other local attractions. 5 mins drive to Kata beach and night market.
Inside, the apartment features a kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and necessary utensils for preparing your own meals, alongside a dining area. The living room is ideal for relaxing. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that open onto the furnished balcony. A second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guests are welcome to take full advantage of the condominium's amenities, which include a fitness center, two outdoor pools (on both the ground floor and the rooftop), a nearby laundry service, an open terrace, and free on-premises parking. In the evenings, the rooftop is the perfect place to unwind and watch breathtaking sunsets over the Andaman Sea.
Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is included; extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.
Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.
