“As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.”

“Das Haus war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool half immer bei der Abkühlung. Bei kleinen Kindern MUSS man aber immer aufpassen, dass sie nicht reinfallen. Der Pool ist bis zu 1,6 m tief. Wir wussten das von Anfang an und es ist nichts passiert als unser 3 Jahre alter Sohn hineinfiel. Wir waren immer da, wenn er draußen war haben die Tür verschlossen, wenn wir in Haus hoch gegangen sind. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Es fehlt aber ein Weinflaschenöffner.……

“The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean……
