“We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that.”

“Fabulous time had by all. Villa was in a great location with lots of choice on where to go and things to do. Villa itself was great. Everything we needed. Only feedback would be was around the bbq. We didn’t used it as the main grill part was missing. It didn’t matter though as spoilt for choice to eat out. Would definitely go back. ”

“The garden was in poor condition, without grass. The description stated that the apartment is for 6 people, but there were only 5 beds, the sixth we got was foldable and very uncomfortable.”

“Ett fantastiskt fint hus, så hemtrevligt med härligt poolområde och en härlig takterrass med jacuzzi. Pool går dock inte att värma upp. Ingår städservice samt påfyllning av vatten, läsk och öl. Huset ligger i ett inhägnat område. Ca 500 meter till stranden med några få restauranger. Butik i närheten. Till Protaras är det ca 4-4,5 km. Det är en jättefin strandpromenad hela vägen från Paralimni till Protaras. Fräscha sovrum och badrum samt sköna sängar. ”

“Wir haben mit 6 Personen das Haus gemietet und es war absolut toll und völlig ausreichend. Sicher ist Einiges in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte. Lage war etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants vorhanden. Wir waren fast die gamze Zeit unterwegs. Auf Nachfrage erzielten wir super schnell Bettdecken etc. Hervorragender Service! Haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Danke”

“Happy with the apartment! Very clean and a great balcony. Close to the pool and bar. Walking distance to beach and restaurantes. Would be great with a dishwasher next time. We had a car så visited different beaches evey day.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving.……
