「Great location, and really nice rooms with the French balcony. The room was clean and had all I needed for my stay. Great staff that will help you with all your questions and give you a warm welcome feeling when you check in. The only disturbance I notice is that you can hear the noise from corridor or other room but it was small disturbance as this is small hotel with not so many guest. I will definitively come back to this hotel if I'm in Alcala. 」

「This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. El jardin es bastante más pequeño de lo que parece y una de las lamas de la piscina, debido a su deterioro cedió al pasear por encima y al estar hueco por debajo pudo ocasionar una percance mucho más serio. 「Santiago was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and met us at the house when we first arrived to welcome us and show us around. The house was spectacular for a large family. Everything worked well and we had a great experience. Check out was simple. Located in beautiful countryside outside of Madrid.
