「Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. 「Room was spotlessly clean. The internet is satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and safe and very centrally located. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient and proper pots and pans and the lack of a microwave oven (although I discovered it is difficult to find ready-made meals in Rabta). Other than that, I totally enjoyed my stay.」

「Upon seeing the property, which was far from the on-line description, we had to cancel our stay there. The place is very small and dirty with silverware in a plastic bag on the floor. The advertised parking was unavailable since the key was in France and we couldn’t have driven into the garage with a mound of concrete on the side of the door that would have ripped out our undercarriage. The wife of the owner seemed like she didn’t know much about the place and was put out by having to leave work...

"Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :("
