Haus Amberg einfach super

Unser Aufenthalt war vom Check in bis zum Check out einfach nur super. Sanja die Vermieterin so nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Zum Empfang gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank und selbst unser Hunf wurde verwöhnt. Das Haus selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen ,es war einfach Alles vorhanden. Top !!!! Die Einrichtung sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Und der Aussenbereich wurde von uns aufgrund des Whirlpools täglich bis Abends genutzt. Kastav selbst ist ein niedliches Städtchen mit vielen tollen Gassen und altert Historie. Es spielen Abends oft Livebands und es gibt schöne Restaurants. Das Einzige was ein wenig schwierig war ,war der Weg zum Meer ,beziehungsweise einen Parkplatz zu ergattern,aber das Meer war ein Traum. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und geben auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne

Herbst in Kastav

Das Objekt ist hervorragend renoviert, um den heutigen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden. Die Lage im Dorf fanden wir gerade für den Herbst sehr gut, um nicht mehr am Abend zum Essen fahren zu müssen. Die Restaurants sind alle sehr zu empfehlen! Auch der Weg zum Naturschutzgebiet war schön kurz und unser Hund dankbar dafür. Allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig bei Veranstaltungen im Dorf, am Abend und am Wochenende. Dies wird gerade im Sommer noch schwieriger sein. Der Kontakt mit Sanja war sehr nett und bemüht und wir sagen noch einmal Danke für die ersten Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen, um das Haus und den Whirlpool bei dann hoffentlich gutem Wetter genießen zu dürfen.

Wunderschönes Land, wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Mitten im kleinen, historischen Kastav befindet sich dieses ganz frisch renovierte Ferienhaus. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, ist man nach ein paar Schritten angelangt, dann fehlt es an nichts. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde dieses Haus hergerichtet. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein separates Bad und eine ganz leise Klimaanlage. Einfach super! Und auch die beiden Terrassen sind sehr schön. Mit Ausblick, Pool, Liegen, Grill, alles für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden.

Absolutely lovely house - clean and well equipped with contemporary decor. Position is to die for!

We had extremely hot weather when we stayed at Sanja’s place, so the air conditioning was a life saver. The house is such a nice environment to be in, cool downstairs due to the old thick walls and each bedroom equipped with air conditioning. The outdoor space is such an asset; gorgeous view, very private and lovely garden furniture. Not to forget the hot tub! We found the parking really easy. You get a key fob with a sensor to lower the barrier and park in the restricted zone near the house. Sanja met us herself in the square and walked us to the property. She is so friendly and showed us around the house in great detail! There were many personal touches. We loved having use of a washing machine and the clothes dried on the airer, which we put in the garden, really quickly. The bathrooms are lovely and Sanja provided emergency toiletries, which were really useful when my sons toothbrush ran out of charge and he could still clean his teeth with one of the toothbrushes provided. Bath robes are provided which were so useful for the hot tub, and there’s even a warm outdoor shower to use before you get in. Kastav is a wonderful place to spend some time. It has fabulous restaurants, a really well equipped shop for groceries and absolutely amazing views. Pizzeria Rustica was our favourite restaurant with hungry teenage boys, they even deliver! The local shop does fresh bread which is really good. There are tv’s in all bedrooms anda smart tv in the sitting area downstairs. We connected the smart TV to the WiFi and logged in to our Netflix account, which was fabulous. Just remember to log out when you leave so people don’t use your account. There are lots of big supermarkets on the way as you drive up to the house. Which we found useful as we didn’t want to travel too far from Kastav while we stayed at Sanja’s house. We wanted to relax and enjoy being off the beaten track and in the unique old town that it is. You really can escape the world here.. we found it to be like living in an imaginary world on a film set. The house is on one of the cobbled walkways the meanders it’s way around the old town. We saw one family walk past during the five days we were there so privacy is not an issue. We will definitely return to Sanja’s beautiful house, it was one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are pretty choosy about where we stay. For us, holiday homes should be a little bit of luxury, and this is definitely that!

Traumhaus Amberg

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Agentur, als auch die Hausbesitzerin sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wurden dort sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus wurde letztes Jahr sehr liebevoll und bis ins kleinste Detail renoviert. 😍 Mit drei Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern und zwei Terrassen ist genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, aber das Sahnestück ist der Jakucci. Restaurants sind direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen und in die nächst größere schöne Stadt Opatija sind es 15 bis 20 Min. Unser Tipp: Der Cheeseburger bei Hemingway Kitchen&Bar in Opatija und Beach Bar Kamov in Rijeka. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. 😊 LG
