The house is located 50m from the promenade and 200m from the beach and located 3 km from Trogir and 20 km from Split city. Split airport is only 2 km away.
Ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen
• Kitchen table for 7 pers.
• Satellite TV.
• WC with washbasin.
• Internet/Wifi
Storage space with wash/dryer, Iron/ironing board, drying Rack, table for outdoor with 4 chairs.
First floor:
Toilet with washbasin in the hallway.
Bathroom with walk in shower and 2 sinks. wall heating
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobes, TV airco, heating.
Second floor:
Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted wardrobes, airco, heating
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, possibility to merge, airco, heating
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and all windows are screened and have fly nets
There is no garden, but a common square where you can put the patio table to use a cozy morning breakfast ore aperitif
A small supermarket is located 10 m from the cottage. There is also a butcher, baker and a large supermarket within walking distance from the house.
5 km away is the beautiful Čiovo, this is a small island at the Adriatic coast.
The nature park Krka with the beautiful waterfalls are located in the Krka National Park in Sibenik in Croatia which is 80 km away. This park is named after the river Krka.

Tolles Haus mit liebevollem Charme
Ein schönes Haus mitten in der Stadt und ganz nah am Wasser. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sofie war ständig erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. An der Promenade kann man gut essen und der Strand ist auch megaschön. Von uns ein großes Dankeschön für den schönen Urlaub. Ganz liebe Grüße, Melanie Sucker

Erholung pur in Traumlage
Das Objekt entspricht genau die Beschreibung. Unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und jeglicher Komfort ist da. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und das Dorf eine kleine Perle. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben.

Casa bellissima e ben attrezzata. Il mare non corrisponde alle aspettative e alle foto pubblicate.
Il soggiorno è andato bene ma ci si deve spostare da kastel stafileo per godere dell'ottimo mare croato. La casa è bellissima e attrezzata molto bene. L'aeroporto vicino non ne fa una casa silenziosa purtroppo. Per il resto ottima la collocazione a metà tra città e cittadine bellissime. Ben servita da ottime strade.

Maison tres confortable et bien située
Nous avons apprécié cette maison située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. Le confort est optimal avec la climatisation et les moustiquaires intégrées aux fenêtres. L'équipement est très complet et la décoration plaisante

Très belle maison correspondant tout à fait au photos mise en ligne.
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour.
Par contre dommage que les personnes qui nous donne les clés ne parle pas du tout français!!!!
