Luxury Villa Grand View with Swimming Pool

The luxury Villa Grand View is located in Kastel Stari, near Split. Kastel Stari is a great location for a peaceful vacation. The villa can accommodate 8-10 people, what is ideal for bigger groups who travel abroad. It is away from any kind of noise and it provides you with a stunning panoramic view of the city and sea.
The pet-friendly villa Grand View has a big terrace that has a few levels. Equipped with a shower and comfortable beach chairs it is an ideal place for relaxing after swimming in the big heated pool. You can also relax in the jacuzzi next to the pool. At the outdoor fireplace and barbecue, guests can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them al fresco in the outdoor dining area.
This luxury villa spreads over 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms and 1 toilet. It is modernly arranged and exudes luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped with and features a big working surface.
From every corner of the house, you can experience an astonishing view. The villa is also ideally located for visiting Trogir and Split.

Great Weekend in the near of split

We had a perfect weekend in the finca. Dario was very helpful and we have nothing bad to say about the house or the service. Everything is like announced in the Inserat or better. Way to split center takes 30min by car. An Uber is available realy simple. Dario, thanks a lot for the nice weekend ! Best regards Johannes

Der beste Urlaub EVER.Die Ausstattung du hast alles was du brauchst. Sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles super sauber und jede Menge Handtücher, Bademantel, Filter für Kaffee, spülmachinen Taps, Waschmittel, und jede Menge mehr. Genau so wie man es haben möchte wenn man in Urlbau fährt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤩👌👍
