Luxury Villa A 56, elegantly located in the picturesque Kaštel Lukšić, represents the perfect oasis of peace and comfort, just 15 km drive from historic Split and charming Trogir. Fully air-conditioned (with a total of 15 air conditioners), it is ideal for up to 12 guests, while the optimal number is 10 people – perfect for larger families or friends seeking a luxurious vacation.

Upon entering the villa, from the basement you reach the mezzanine floor where two modernly furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms are located, each equipped with a Smart TV. One bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm) if needed, as well as its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a sea view, while a bathroom with a shower is located right in front of the room.

The living room exudes comfort and style – equipped with a large sofa and Smart TV, it connects to a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line Miele appliances, including a Philips bean coffee machine. The elegant dining room with a table for 10 is ideal for shared meals.

On the ground floor is an indoor wellness area – a 20 m2 heated indoor pool with hydromassage functions and a waterfall provides perfect relaxation all year round. The SPA area includes two loungers, a Smart TV, a corner sofa, cushions for a total of 9 people, a sink, a coffee machine, a sauna, a separate hamam space, an additional WC, and a shower.

In a separate room is a fully equipped TechnoGym gym with the latest fitness equipment, as well as a laundry room with a Miele washing machine and dryer. For additional entertainment, there is a playroom with Smart TV, table football, table tennis, and darts. The internet is Starlink, with a download speed of 130 Mb/s, and additional ambiance is provided by Samsung and JBL surround sound.

From the wellness area, you exit to a spacious outdoor terrace with a heated hydro-massage pool of impressive dimensions 14 x 7 meters, with a total area of 98 m2, equipped with an electrolysis system. The pool is surrounded by 12 comfortable loungers, an outdoor shower, two hanging “egg” chairs, two additional canvas chairs, a garden sofa set with 7 seats, and a large dining table for 12 people. Of the total pool area, 15 m2 constitutes a shallow part with a depth of 110 cm – ideal for children – while the pool depth increases to 160 cm.

On the upper floor of the villa are three luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (200x200 cm), its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a stunning sea view. An additional sofa bed allows accommodation for one person. The room has access to a terrace with a private jacuzzi, 2 loungers, a corner sofa for 3 people, and a small table – a perfect place to enjoy the sunset.

The second room has two single beds (100x200 cm) that can be combined into one bed (200x200 cm), as well as an additional sofa bed (90x200 cm). It has access to a terrace with 2 chairs and a small table. The third room has a queen size bed (160x200 cm), and both rooms share a bathroom located outside the rooms. On request, a baby cot and high chair are available, making the villa suitable for families with small children.

The spacious yard includes a private parking area for 4 cars and an outdoor fully air-conditioned closed kitchen (60 m2) with glass walls that can be opened if needed. It is equipped with a modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, a grill, a sink, a table and chairs for 10 people, Smart TV, and a wine fridge. Nearby, there is also an additional outdoor toilet equipped with Hansgrohe fittings.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the villa are beautiful pebble beaches with a developed waterfront for boat mooring, a water park for children, a restaurant, numerous bars, and other amenities for enjoying the sun and sea. Arrival by boat is possible with prior notice to check berth availability.

The outdoor pool temperature during 01.04.–15.06. and 15.09.–31.10. is 24°C, while the indoor pool temperature is 30°C for all periods when the villa is rented.

The security deposit is 1,000 euros. Groups under 23 years are subject to approval, and when approved, the security deposit is 2,000 euros.
