「Nice hotel, well maintained despite dated rooms. Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much. Felt like the complimentary bottle of wine was lacklustre and a bit cheap for it was as it was only a half bottle with served with two walnuts and some peanuts. Same with the hotel only leaving a generic Birthday card in the room was really minimal effort that it may as well...

「Clean room, but didn’t like the shower. Lovely pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Arrived by taxi from airport only to discover that there weren’t any restaurants or bars within walking distance of the hotel. Contact with hosts via Expedia only. Would have liked the porch light on when we arrived in the dark, though. We are staying there again in a few weeks and I’m looking forward to it.」

「Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again」

「Nikos was a great host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed and a lovely porch in a quiet area and was a great base for us to explore the island.」

「I can't recommend this property enough, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent, modern, immaculately clean, and THE most incredibly warm and helpful staff, a special mention to Emma who worked so hard to make sure every guest was looked after and comfortable with a beaming smile and brilliant craic. Walking distance to everything you would want, a 10 to 15 minute walk to Malia centre, I recommend turning right and right again from the hotel down to Malia Port and Potamos beach...
