スタッフの皆さんは大変気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。大浴場の露天風呂が綺麗にリニューアルされていて良かった。大浴場入り口のドアが男女ともに重かった。部屋の露天風呂にシャワーが欲しかった。

This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition.
