“Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.”

“Khalia at the front desk was so helpful. She helped me straighten out my reservation that I accidentally booked twice and was able to get my second one canceled. The room was very clean and a/c nice and cold during our stay. This was the second time staying at the property and I would definitely stay again!”

“I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service……

“We arrived very late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. After 12 hours of driving with two small kids, we were ready for bed. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it easy to fall asleep. We woke up and had breakfast and my boys enjoyed what they had served. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Before breaking down the breakfast area, the hotel staff came out and asked if there was anything additional they can get us before they closed the……

“Lukewarm water for shower. Stale cigarette smell in hallways and elevator. Staff members were very nice. Didn’t not use amenities or eat breakfast.”

“My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids!
