「We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!」

「Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. A big thanks to the host Nicholas for his hospitality, quick answers to our questions before our holidays, and his availability for any help...

「We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. 「We loved this little place. A sunset viewing and people-watching veranda, good kitchen and storage, elevator just outside the door. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work and the man didn’t know how to operate it. Hundreds of tiny ants were on veranda and managed to get inside the room, but there was bug spray in a cabinet and the problem was solved. This is a perfect spot for down to earth people who don’t waste money on luxury rooms when there’s so much to see and do in Patra!」

「We have been for four weeks in this wonderful location and we were absolutely lucky. Beginning with very friendly and helpful host, who showed us what greek hospitality means, and ending with the unique location. the villa is located in a great garden at the foot of a hill, in pure nature, 350 m to the sea, a footwalk through a forest of strofilia pine trees. In the other direction you have wetland with Flamingos, Pelicans...This place will always stay in our hearts. Thank you」

「We had an amazing stay! The hosts were super helpful and their suites were spotless! It is a walking distance to the beach and cafes, bakery and restaurants.
