“Very precious property- badly maintained. Kids play area all broken- Pumpset motor is burnt, AC cooling effecct is very poor, Garden is full of bushes- not watered plants- overgrown bushes. dry leaves all around. The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity.”

“The room was relatively clean. Just minor things here and there. There was some random string and fabric from a previous guest under the bed. Staff were very kind and arranged a taxi, helped unload and take your luggage up. The guards at the front also provided some peace of mind about safety. The wi-fi was good but paid TV and no option to cast/stream was unexpected. Makeup towel was a great feature in the room and the layout was very spacious. “No hot water”

“Appalled by what I saw, mold on the walls, dilapidated rooms with absolutely no amenities. Checked out within an hour, didn’t get any refunds and to boot took Expedia’s commission as well. We should get back all of the money. Surprised Expedia gave them 3 star rating. If there’s a rating below zero that would be too kind.”

“We had a very good stay. Clean rooms, very courteous and helpful staff. Amenities are also quite good. Room stvice is.excellent . Food is also very tasty. On the whole, we had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is centrally located and is very conveniet. I highly recommend Raya's Annnexe.”

“KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.”

“There was a technical glitch. While my booking went through the hotel was sold out. However the owner was very kind enough to organise accomodation in another nearby hotel. He even let me get refreshed and use the room for a couple of hours before we could get our room from the other hotel. Very kind and courteous staff. Definitely consider staying here. Has parking facility as well.”
