Not worth it

Used towel, used coffee filter in pot, corroded batteries in TV control, grease on pots/pans, corroded/rusty can opener, no microwave safe cooking pots, gecko caca on walls, missing art, fan not working, rice cooker scratched to unsafe metal, 1/2 of crock pot heats, feral cat spray at entry, electrical short upstairs floor lamp, paper towel holder broken, other TV control w/mismatched batteries that died.
