"The hotel location is amazing. Hotel is located inside a “mall”. Food at the restaurants is expensive. We paid $110 USD for the buffet, and $30 USD for 2 drinks at the rooftop bar. Rooms are outdated, mold in the bathroom, told them about it, they “cleaned it”. Is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Staff was great. Views are okay."

"The customer service was top tier, we enjoyed every interaction and help we received. They were very helpful with whatever we needed, the property was amazing and well managed. For days we had bad weather they always provided us with complimentary umbrellas to use & return. Highly recommend this location and company for anyone looking for hotels."
