“The value for money that you get at Mestil (especially at Expedia's discounted rates) is just incredible. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are amazing, more like an apartment than a hotel! The environment is just heavenly and the food is very good. Since the lunch/dinner buffet's are a bit expensive (by local standards) you can save money by ordering food delivered on Glovo or cooking for yourself in your room since I think most rooms have a kitchen, which is amazing for……

“Fantastic location , like an oasis from hussle and bustle. Nice comfortable room, great restaurant and bar with solid drink selection. Highly recommended to stay when in Kampala. Great pool (a bit hot though) and excellent gym. Only suggestion is more wine by the glass selections for some premium wines would be good. Get a vacuum seal! I’ll be back.”

“This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room.
