It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)”

“My family had constable stay at the Vanilla Hotel at Fukagawa. The room is new and fairly clean. The location is excellent: there are train station, convenient stores, many stylish cafes, a clean coin laundry, and restaurants. There staff was polite and thoughtful; she rent us a couple of umbrellas on rainy days. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. HEADS-UP: the kitchen doesn’t provide cookware and dishwater. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain. I showered while kneeling down in the tub.……
