“Really loved my stay there! The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. And the record player added a touch of charm. The only little complaint i have is about the two lounge chairs, both were not comfortable to chill on. (And one was uneven so rattled when sat on) They looked pretty in photos tho so it wasn’t too big a deal. Oh we loved the robes too! I was hoping they would be for purchase at the gift shop but unfortunately no. ”

“Pros - Convenient location, love the artwork in the room, have 2 glass bottles of water. Cons - no TV, tablet doesn’t offer free uses of YouTube TV and Netflix, only 1 USB port to charge one device, take off shoes at the door as most of the area is carpeted, hear other people using water as the water pipe is located at the ceiling of the room, light sleeper not suggested for room 406.”

“The pokemon themed room with bunks was great for our kids. The separate toilet and bathroom was good. Shower water pressure decent and kids enjoyed the large bath. The window needs blackout curtains so it is a little bit bright but otherwise we had a perfect stay.”

“Lovely hotel! My kids really enjoyed their stay. I would suggest adding more variety to the selection of English books. It would also be helpful to have a way to dim or cover the exit light near the beds at night, as it can be quite bright. The street noise can also be noticeable at times. Lastly, clearer communication about garbage disposal would be appreciated. It’s right next to the train station, 7-eleven and minutes walk to a grocery store. Overall, we had a great stay!”

“Unbelievable bad experience. I landed Tokyo around 2 am in the morning on 4 Jun. Checked in and paid the fee by cash. Later these four took place. Each of them is unbelievable. 1. The front desk asked me to give cash back afterwards - On 9:00 am on 4 Jun, the front desk called me and said she gave me 300 yen more when she gave me changes. I replied I will come to the front desk. 2. The front desk kept calling room telephone and knocking door after I replied I will come back to the front desk for……

“The location of this hotel is awesome, it is just next to the Kodemmacho station, just 1 stop next to Akihabara. The whole hotel maintained quite well, and the room is pretty spacious and comfortable, and won’t be noisy during the night. The nice point is the hot spring (not the natural one btw), and there are some sweet treats outside after your bath. You may also enjoy a free noodle if you can catch the time. You will have to check-in with the machine but overall the staffs are very polite……
