「Überhaupt nicht gut」

「Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!」

「城市边上了，靠近火车站。条件不错，年轻的老板还是前台，会英语，很棒，热情，帮提行李，电话叫出租车，随时提供帮助。早餐丰富，很喜欢，房间也干净，推荐！」

「It's a very basic hotel, but the area is great when you're going to the airport, the staff was very friendly and so helpful, and the dinner was extremely good.」

「- Location 地點 In central city, really nice location, close to the castle, market and mosque. 在市中心，旁邊就是開塞利城堡、有頂市集和教堂。 - Hotel room 房間 Old / classic type, clean and confortable. The travel kit is Crabtree & Evelyn, really nice. :) 經典老式設計的飯店，乾淨且舒適。備瓶是瑰柏翠XDD - Service 服務 The staffs are really willing to help, arrange the ski trip and taxi for us, thanks a lot! 員工很幫忙，幫我們詢問/安排滑雪場package和到Ürgüp的車，超感謝的！」
