The hotel staffs are very nice. They helped us with everything we need. The hotel is very clean and nice. The town is very Quiet and the locals there are very nice. We like the breakfast. This is very affordable. It is located in the center of the town of Kaysersberg Which is only 15 to 20 minutes from Colmar.

Amazing affordable boutique hotel

We just loved this perfect little hotel. It is set in a delightful gingerbread style village. The hotel is heaving with character and charm but has been completely renovated. The room had a super cosy feel with deluxe bed and cool little bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding full of local produce and we loved the bike storage facility. Great value in an unforgettable setting.

Nicely appointed rooms with firm beds and serviceable modern bathroom facilities. Hotel location is outstanding - if you are doing the Alsace wine road - recommend you choose this town (Kayersberg) and location for overnight (Ribbeauville is too tourist crowded). Located in the center of the city - the only issue is driving in and out (through very narrow) streets with limited to no parking in front of the hotel. They do provide you with parking space but in public lots on the outskirts of town (about 5 min walk). Pleasant stay in a charming location.

This is a "conditional" five, so as not to deceive you. Keep in mind that you are in a medieval Alsace town. Buildings were smaller then. Rooms were smaller. If you are looking for a huge American hotel room, those don't exist unless you go way outside of the town - and what fun is that? The room was small. Parking was a 1 block walk, but was only $5 (approx)/day. However: the room, while small, was very clean. AC worked great. Power was adequate, if just (a few more bedside outlets would have been nice). Shower was great. Location is superb: step out and absorb a gorgeous medieval town, Kaysersberg, complete with shopping and dining a-plenty. (Lion D'Or is highly recommended). All within walking distance. Easy walking distance. I wouldn't want to put three people in a room, but for two it was fine. Quite romantic. Breakfast was good. Not the best, and the room is a bit cramped, but the quality was high and the staff friendly. Recommended for US Vacationers.

The hotel was beautiful and the location very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions for breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming place in a charming town

Lovely, cozy place with a fun restaurant/bar. Not easy to drive up to, as the streets are extremely narrow, but that's what gives the town its charm. Definitely would recommend staying there!

Lovely dog friendly hotel

We are travelling with a little dog and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more welcoming- a bowl of water and a bed were waiting for her. The hotel is very central, but quiet and very convenient. We loved it!

Settled in the center of Kayserberg Village, the hotel is in a historic building. Surprisingly, it is modern, with nice lobby, elevators, AC in Room and nice size bathroom with all modern fixtures and a large shower area. Walking out of the hotel, you're stepping right into the center of the village. Overall, excellent hotel and amenities for the price we paid.

Rent rom og FANTASTISK HYGGELIG PERSONALE! Vi bodde der i 8 netter, jobbet i frokostsalen etter frokost, så personlig og koselig opphold! Nydelig og variert frokost, stille og behagelig rom, deilige velholdte badstuer, midt i sentrum og tilgang til bar og god, enkel tapas til drinken. Flotte turområder rett utenfor er det også! De ansatte visste ikke hva godt de kunne gjøre for å få oss til å føle oss velkomne. Anbefales på det sterkeste!
