It’s good for a night stay and experience of staying in the wilderness. Apart from that the property lacked cleanliness, poor wifi and limited room amenities. Overall a not so pleasant experience.

리셉션에서는 너무 친절했어요. 뷰도 좋았어요. 숙박이 옆동과 떨어져있어서 좋았어요. 하지만 침대가 작았고, 트윈을 요청해서 받았으나 공간이 작아서 실제로 침대를 떨어트려서 잘 수 없었어요. 샤워 부스에는 곰팡이가 있었고 냄새가 났어요. 현관문 손잡이 위에 구멍이 뚫린채로 있어서 처음엔 망가진줄 알았으나 손잡이를 다시 다느라 생긴 구멍 같았어요. 그 구멍에서 벌레가 들어올 수 있을만큼 컸어요. 객실내 와인오프너에는 버터가 뭍어있는채로 있었고, 주전자에 건더기와 물이 남아있어서 지저분해서 쓸수 없었어요.

Très bien

Accueil en Anglais très sympa et efficace, bons conseils pour la restauration et les visites. Chauffage et Clim. Nuit très calme, vue super top surMont Kazbek et église. Alentours encore tout frais et pas mal de travaux dans les rues mais normal pour Kazbegy et la Géorgie :) Visitez l’église Tsminda Sameba, y aller à pied vaut le coup si on est bon marcheur. Les chutes doivent valoir la peine mais nous manquions de temps. À recommander

An ideal place equipped with everything you need, kettle, coffee machine, flat screen TV with netflix. they have a lot of board games and consoles for free. I have to mention the breakfast separately, it was more than you can eat and delicacies than you would expect, also they pack all the snacks from the breakfast and gave us. the staff was very friendly and helfull, avaliable all the time. highly recommend this place.

Cozy cottages were equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. tea bags and coffee capsules were compliment from the hotel, also you can easily control the room temperature as there is underfloor heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. there is also a bar where you can have a few drinks and make your stay even better. also they have many board games for free to play with other guests or staff. I absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

Way, way overpriced. Considering the options in this quaint town, this place is not even close to worth being $95 a night. Despite the view being stunning (this view can likely be seen from any hotel in town) the hotel is located on a dilapidated, potholed, dirt road, 10 minutes uphill from restaurants. There are 5 very small, cheaply outfitted container rooms on stilts, each with a bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped like public toilets with dispenser soap, dispenser paper towels, and dispenser toilet paper. The one trash bin for the room was in the bathroom and was full by our second night. Our booking was for three nights (wish it had been refundable) and the room was never cleaned or garbaged emptied even though the amenities stated there was housekeeping. We were also surprised to learn that there was a charge for the coffee capsules. The hosts were kind, though it's hard to believe the kindness was genuine considering how they price-gorged us.
