Benefit from ski-in/ski-out convenience, a fully equipped bathroom with all essentials, and a well-appointed kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking basics. The apartment is impeccably clean, with cozy central heating, an inviting dining area, and a well-furnished living room featuring a TV and seamless Wi-Fi connectivity.

Nestled in New Gudauri Atrium, the apartment offers easy access to on-site restaurants, complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Situated just 50 meters from the Gondola Ski lift, it provides swift access to skiing adventures. The surrounding area boasts dining options, spa centers, casinos, and a pool, ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling experience.
Getting Around:
There's no public transport in Gudauri, but I will provide my guests with all the information that they might need.
