「Fantastic place to stay, like the fact that they have natural ventilation and also choice of turning on the a/c or not. Feels clean esp there's no carpet in the room. 」

「Good property in a very walkable part of Copenhagen. As an older traveler I was looking for something budget friendly, but still with so privacy. Cityhub fit the bill. Easy access to transportation. Grocery stores and restaurants all around. And the staff was very friendly. The vibe was more low key than other hostels - there was no partying going on that I saw. Lots of families and older travelers like myself. The common spaces were always clean. Only downside was the mattresses. Seems like the...

「Et skønt hotel og venligt personale. 😊Det eneste der undrede os var vi ikke fik gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder selvom der stod det på reservationen. Det opdagede vi da vi kom hjem efter en lang dag ude i byen. Så måtte vi ned i receptionen og bede om håndklæder, nye rene glas og kopper og toiletpapir. De sendte en op med det og hun tog det beskidte med ud. Det var ikke så fedt. Og personligt synes jeg hovedpuderne var Alt for store/høje men det er jo en smags sag 😊Men ellers dejligt hotel....

「Good location, nice staff, clean! Shower hot & powerful! But small room, no chair, no table (not even a small surface to put sth on), no kettle, the floor get all wet after shower! Luggages can left in the paid locker room! No free lugguge store! Must check in at or after 3pm, so lot of guests checking in at that time! 」

「We got the 18 square meter room and it was located on the very end of the floor - that's a good thing since it'll be far from noises such as people walking pass the hallway. No minibar inside the room but you can get some hot water by asking the front dest receptionist. By the way, the lady at the front dest was friendly and nice.」

「The first two showers were not working properly. The other toilet wasn’t working properly. Then I learnt the third shower is the most trustworthy. 」

「Jeg var forholdsvis utilfreds med elevatorkapacitet. Der var meget lang ventetid på elevator, især om morgenen. Da vi havde ventet 4-5 min endte vi med at tage trappen ned med baggage. Elevatorer er meget små så de var tit optaget når de stoppede på etagen. Ligeså okkuperede rengøringen elevatoren flere gange mens vi ventede.」
