Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island in the summer months. There are few hotels on the island, so mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

This house has been fully renovated and is just 5 minutes by foot from the restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets at Korrisia (the port). There are 2 beaches within walking distance of the house, Gialiskari and the beach at the port.

In the front of the house there is a table and 2 chairs. On the back veranda, which is surrounded by trees the is a dining table for 6 people.
