「We stay at this hotel once a year as it is close to the hospital and I have annual testing and Dr appointments there. Have you ever considered offering a “hospital rate”? The hotel is still under renovation but the improvements are very pleasing and our stay was very comfortable even with construction still ongoing. Well done.」

「Rooms and bathrooms are clean well maintained. Staff is more then hospitable and accommodating. Extremely welcoming and happy to help with what they can. The only thing I would Improve are the beds. But for a weekend stay out near the Bruce Pennisula right perfect place for a family or couple to get away.」

「There was no morning coffee or tea available although the website clearly stated coffee and tea were available in the lobby. There was a reastaurant on the property so no coffee or tea was unusual. There was no equipment in the room for making any hot drinks: no cups, no coffeemaker. The shower was dirty with black mold growing. No one was ever at the front desk. 「A disappointing experience! A very low level motel, yet room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The first night was fine. The second night was uncomfortable as it sounded like people were moving furniture upon arriving at 10 pm. Then at 4:30 am more noise, and they left. At 6:00 am they were back and more noise. It is obvious that the motel is a also a “type of rooming house” Buyer beware! 」
