"We arrived and Jacqueline was very nice and we went to our room. The odors were horrible, the carpet was damp and the brown corduroy curtains were stinky and depressing. The outside pool was not open and the indoor pool should be condemned. We cut our feet on the floor from all of the torn up tile. ..."
