Okay

Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place I’ve stayed.

Wouldn’t go back

The property was clean inside. Some windows blinds was broken and it was a possibility to see through. The fence was broken between neighbors and the property. No toilet paper and no paper toilet provided and it was never mantion to bring it with us. I was trying to reach owner from the minute of our arrival and he never got back until our departure. The linens were dirty and the closet was full, so we end up to keep our clothes in the suitcase. We needed forks and it was dirty, so we end up to by dishes and all utensils and linens. Would never come back. Not recommend this place
