「Amazing staff, Leanne went above and beyond with the shuttle service to the machine shop. The hotel was clean. The room had everything you need. Coffee maker , bar fridge and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The blankets and pillows plush and clean. The variety for breakfast was amazing, the staff in the kitchen was very helpfull and attentive. Great package to buy tickets to machine shop and get a great rate at the hotel. restaurants right around the corner. Found the Soggy Bottom...

「Clean rooms but there was no replacement of used towels or emptying trash cans. No one looked at any form of clean room cleanup. The breakfast bar was a total disaster the second day (no refiling of food, indifferent attitude of staff, no clean up of the eating area). The front desk attendant seemed oblivious to the problem when notified. No staff attendant available for checkout despite the several travelers waiting. 」

「Employee checking us in was super friendly and let us borrow eating utensils and plates/napkins. Check-out employee let us use the key to sit on the pool patio outside until our Uber arrived, even though it was past check-out time. The breakfast employee was attentive and polite. Pool and hot tub were kind of crowded on a Friday night but that is to be expected.」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Wished they had something for Brealfast besides coffee from a machine. Bathroom did have some caulk with mold on it that should be replaced but overall I'd stay thete again and not a lot of options in Owosso. 」

「We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!」
