“This was the best stay we have ever had. The host was great and couldnt have been nicer and more informative. There are so many things to do for the family and the kids. Fish were biting and the scavenger hunt was so fun. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you for a wonderful time!!!”

“The Host was excellent. Communications were outstanding! The property is very cozy, clean, and close to my favorite street, Youree Drive, without being directly on the street. Loved the BED!!! This was like an Efficiency Apartment. Peaceful. It is not in the main house, located behind the main house. I wished I could have gotten in the POOL!!! Not a polar bear. Spacious in the common area. The kitchenette was everything needed. Due to the size of the Bathroom, I would caution future……

“I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. Nice guy, don’t get me wrong. As a past victim of domestic violence; I was already on guard when we pulled up and saw a guy……

“Yes the rooms where very clean, but the there where spiders and spiders webs in the kitchen and outside on the covered patio. I also noticed a puddle of water on the stove top, leaking from the microwave. Possibility due to the severe thunderstorm and heavy rain fall. But overall the place was amazing.”

“This house was a beautiful older home and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. Great communication from Rod, the owner. Highly recommend staying here!”

“This was a wonderful stay! The home was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect! We enjoyed some time on the deck, but we didn’t need to use the fire pit (the weather was nice). It was a short drive to restaurants. The owners responded quickly to our questions (simple things like streaming passcodes). We would love to come back when we are in Shreveport. Exceeded our expectations!”
